Magic Bands don't seem to be shipping

Magic Bands have been stuck in "Act quickly. Your order may ship at any moment." This has been well over a week that it has been saying this.

Anyone else have this experience? If so, what was the outcome?
 
Saw this on another thread and the person needed to call to clear up an issue.
 
Mine showed that for quite a while, they arrived yesterday, 25 days out
 

Also, we got ours on Saturday 27 days out. It only showed the Act Now message for 2 days and then I got shipment notification.
 
I would call just so that you don't worry. We received ours yesterday. 25 days out.
 
I have 2 reservations on my MDE (one for our room and the other for my brother's family), we arrive 5/16. My brother's bands were shipped 5/1 and ours still showed a pending. I called them a couple of days later and found out that while my name was on the reservation everyone else showed up with "unknown" as their name - I booked through Orbitz so that might have been the miscommunication. The CM was able to fix it and my bands shipped out on the 5th. They shipped ours Priority, my brother's went regular parcel and we got them at the same time (5/9).

My boyfriend paid for the account with his card, which reads "Benjamin." But n MyDisneyExperience, he goes just by Ben. Of course, I'm the account managing everything and his Ben account is just a guest/not linked to an email, so I'm not sure what to expect....
 
Mine shipped fast as well, got the email Friday that they were shipping and they arrived on Monday, 27 days out for us (June 7 arrival.) Call them and they should get them too you in time. :)

Mine got hung up and I had to call to get them released. While they didn't say specifically why, I think it was due to a name discrepancy. My daughter was listed as Sophia on MDE, but I listed Sophie for her name on the wristband. My husband's was also a mismatch as he goes by his middle name which I put on the band, but on MDE I had him listed with his first name.

No, I think that's a misunderstanding on the part of the general CMs.

There was a big thread about this issue awhile back and the theme running through it all was online TAs. Like orbitz mentioned above.

Some CMs say it's nicknames in MDE and different last names but my family has three last names and we don even put nicknames in our MBs, but things like "keep calm" or "hey you". But the only time I had an issue with shipping was when we went through an online TA. The TA's address is put on the account and you change it on MDE but it still hangs things up behind the scenes.

So call. Easy.
 
No way it's a nickname issue. We have nicknames/fake names on all of our bands except the first set we ordered. Like everything in MDE, I think it's a glitch/luck of the draw.

We also arrive June 4th and we got our bands on Saturday. OP, I'd call if I were you.

ETA: I should also note that the names on our bands were Ahsoka, Luke, Obi-Wan, and Amidala. None of those names are our actual names. ;) And we did use a hyphen, which I think some people have speculated could be an issue.
 
I think my account showed that status for at least a week or so (I did not check each day). Bands arrived 4 week before arrival date.
 
Since a few of us appear to be at WDW at the same time...I'm curious what your park days are:flower3:. This is a short, laid back trip for us, so we have little planned.
Sat (6th) at Epcot
Sun - monorail tour and A of A
Mon- DTD
Tuesday (9th) at MK

We're specifically going for SWW, so our parks are DHS on the 5th and 6th and MK on the 7th before moving on to Universal.
 
We already had several magic bands, so weren't too concerned - but our trip is next week and we just got ours yesterday.
 
We have two reservations, one starting June 6 and one starting June 7. I have already received both sets.

I just called the main number. (407) 939-5277

The CM on the phone had to put me on hold to talk to someone in IT, but she came back on in a few minutes and said they had been released. I got the ship notice the next day.
