Magic Bands: Are there any on-site exclusive versions?

A few family members are debating whether to purchase a special magic band for our upcoming trip and are looking at the ones we can pre-order. There are a few that are pre-arrival exclusives, which makes me wonder whether there are any that are "post-arrival" exclusives (only can be purchased in the parks or resorts). Does anyone know where I would find this information?

There are some that are currently only available for purchase at WDW or DL, but I have not seen a listing of them.
