Magic Bands and FastPasses

We are DVC members and recently visited DW. We thoroughly enjoyed being able schedule our fast passes before our arrival and the magic bands were awesome! We are going back in July on a business trip for my husband and are using the conference accommodations, ticket discounts etc. My question is are my magic bands able to be linked to our hotel reservations that have been taken care of by the conference organizers and how do I arrange that? Also, would I still be able to get fast passes before arriving? ANY advice/help is greatly appreciated!

1. are my magic bands able to be linked to our hotel reservations that have been taken care of by the conference organizers and

2. how do I arrange that? Also,

3. would I still be able to get fast passes before arriving?

1. Yes, if you are staying at a WDW resort.

2. Again, if you are staying at a WDW resort, you will ALSO receive a new set of MagicBands upon check-in.

3. Again, if you are staying at a WDW resort, you can make FP+ reservations up to 60 days before check-in.
If not a WDW resort, you can make FP+ reservations up to 30 days before check-in.

All of this hinges on you being able to get YOUR check-in info from the conference planners
and linking it to your MyDisneyExperience account.
