Magic Bands and Credit Cards?

Can each adult's magic band in a room be tied to a different credit card? Example: My MB attached to my CC and my friend's MB attached to hers.

Or is there just one credit card per room?

My travel agent said it's not possible. I guess Disney only has family visitors in mind!

IF I understand the system right (I'm sure someone else will correct me if I'm wrong), the card is linked to your room itself; when you charge things on your Magic Band, they get billed to your room (which will then be billed to your card).

Unfortunately, I believe that means one card per room.

This is also why you cannot link a credit card to your band if you're not staying on-site.

They can. I did it on my last trip. When you check in at the resort they can set up each band with its own credit card. At check out you will get itemize bills for each band.

This is really great to know. The package is booked under my mom's name since she got the PIN code, however I want to be able to charge mine and my daughter's expenses to my own credit card and not my parents. I'll make a note to ask to have this set up when we check in. Thank you!!!

You could also always choose how you pay off your room each day. Every night, I would go to concierge and pay off my "tab" for the day with cash.
