Magic Bands and 2 day park hopper

I just linked my tickets to MDE. I am trying to get magic bands for my ticket reservation, but it is not letting me. I don't have a resort reservation. How do I get to select Magic Bands? Thanks!

Magic bands are included with resort reservations. You would have to purchase one from the Disney store or the parks.

If you have the Shop Disney Parks app, you can purchase MagicBands through your MDE and then link them to each person after they arrive.

You don't really need MagicBands as your hard, plastic tickets provide the link to your MDE data at the park entrances and FP lines.

How do I link them? I have additional people that had magic bands from a different trip themselves, but are accompanying me. They have magic bands from a previous trip but they didn't have MDE. How do I add everything?

If their MagicBands were never linked to any MDE account, link the ID number that is found on the underside of each MB. It's hard to read but enter it carefully and MDE will let you know if it's linked.
