Magic Band ?

I was wondering how Magic Bands are delivered? US Mail, UPS? If they come via mail. Will they fit in a normal mail box. We will be in WDW the last week of April. My children do not know about our trip. If they fit in a mail box I'll be good. If they put them on the front porch. I know they are going to see them when they get home from school and I will need to come up with a plan. Do they by any chance come in an unmarked box that they wouldn't know what the were if they did see them? This has been a secret since July and I would hate to let the cat out of the bag now. Mine always arrive in typical plain, brown cardboard box with the Disney themed magic band box inside. As long as they don't routinely open packages, you should be good. And yes, it will fit in a standard mail box.

Brown cardboard box with a fancy smancy white box inside. The brown cardboard box is not that big and easily fits in your regular size street mailbox. The brown box has absolutely nothing on it that states Disney World. Ships from some company name but I do not remember. Got mine for my early April trip a few days ago. Inside the white inner box which is labeled WDW, you will find the bands are neatly displayed on a gray panel. Names of each person in front of their band. Really a nice presentation of the bands.

This may sound silly, but are the Magic Bands mailed automatically? We are staying at the GF in July. I was on here trying to find out how to link our park tickets to our reservation. We got info in the mail a couple months ago about how to customize the Magic Bands, but the paper got thrown away accidentally. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Depending on how big your family is and how big your mailbox is, it might not fit. We have six and they shipped two magic band boxes together in one bigger cardboard box. It did not fit in our average size mailbox but it was unmarked and even the return address did not say Disney in any form. I think you should be fine either way!

2. link your park tickets to your My Disney Experience Account. (MDE)
3. Customize your magic bands on the MDE.

You need to customize your magic bands. On Disney site, select MY Disney Experience, then select magic bands and follow the steps. Then bands will be mailed to you about 25 days before your trip.

I just got mine a few days ago. They shipped it using USPS. It took 2 days from getting the shipping notification to arrive in my mailbox. They do send you a tracking number, so it was easy to see when it was out for delivery. If it does not fit in your mailbox, the post office usually will hold it at your post office and they put a form in your mailbox saying that there is a package waiting for you there. The outer box is plain brown, but inside the magic band box is BEAUTIFUL!!!!
