Magic Band

I am going with a party of 15 with a total of 4 reservations. 2 of us with separate reservations (but they are linked) designed our magic bands today and when we got to the part where we add fast passes, we would add the same 3 choices they would not give us the same time frame from the rides, is there away to choose a time? Even with 4 options (best match, option A, B or C) it just wouldn't work. ideas??
