Magic Band Won't Link - Invalid Band ID?

I bought two Magic Bands before our trip and tried linking them tonight. One linked fine, while with the other I kept getting the message "Invalid Band ID". I double and triple checked and I'm entering exactly the ID on the back of the band. Has anyone run across this issue and how was it resolved? I assume they can fix it once we're there, but I'd like to get it taken care of before we go if at all possible. Thanks for any help you can give!
