I'd just make sure the bands are charging to the correct cards after the first day. My friend and I came to WDW twice together. The first time we had no issue splitting the charges. The second we tried to do the same but the separation didn't take and everything was put under my account. We were able to catch it before the charges were put through to the actual card (they only do this after you hit a certain credit limit or when you check out which ever comes first) and they were able see which charges were made by which band and move them accordingly. The fix took less than 10 mins at the front desk.
Same as Moonwolf. Sometimes the split works and sometimes it doesn't. I haven't had a successful split on cards in 2 years now even though we have stopped at the front desk several times each trip to try and have it fixed and set up properly. We've just started making sure we only let friends who we trust to pay us back having charging privileges then true up the bill after the trip is over if we all are traveling in the same room.
Wow- I had no idea. We will make sure to double check. Its not horrible if we have to split it afterwards, for me though seeing one large bill is shocking (even if I know its not all mine!)
If you have a newer iphone then apple pay works great in the parks, even better if you have a apple watch it supports it as well for apple pay, no pin required either way.
