Magic Band / ticket question...

So this morning I purchased our tickets and assigned them to me and my niece. My magic band from my last trip is already in my account and I ordered her one that is on it's way. Is my ticket now linked to my magic band automatically since I assigned the ticket it to me? I don't see anywhere that I need to go to link my ticket to the band.

I understand when hers comes I need to link it to her account.

Yes. Everything links to your MDE account and when you in the parks, the MB provides the link to your tickets and FPs.

Just to be a stickler, technically your ticket is not linked to your MB. Your Magic Band is linked to your MDE account. So whatever tickets or entitlements you assign to yourself or have waiting for you in MDE, because your MB is linked to your MDE account, it will automatically give you access to those. So in the future if you get a new MB from a resort reservation, or you purchase one from a store, etc., as long as you go into MDE and link that MB to your MDE account, then you are good to go. You can even have multiple MBs linked to your MDE account and use them interchangeably, as many folks do.
