Absolutely. They are simply "rubber" (not rubber! that would be allergenic! not not not rubber, just saying that's sort of how they seem) bracelets. No moving parts, the battery is sealed entirely inside.

From what I've read, they're made of vinyl.
Much natural rubber contains or is latex, which many people (including me) are allergic to. Not too many people that I know of is allergic to vinyl.

The bands are waterproof, but they don't float. Just something to keep in mind when you go swimming.
