Magic Band Shipping FYI

My fam is driving. Our last day to customize was Wed, got the email this morning that they have shipped USPS. Checked the tracking and they were in Atlanta at the sorting facility this afternoon...hoping they'll get here by early next week

We're 90 miles south of Atlanta. From the time they were in Atlanta until they were at my door was one day. They were remarkably fast with the USPS, I'd say almost as fast as my UPS ones were for our October trip and I had a heads up at least that they were shipping. With my October ones They just showed up. MBs worked great for us in October, only complaint we have is that I have trouble getting mine in perfect position to unlock the door at the Poly but that's not a biggie!

We actually have two sets coming from 2 different reservations one at WL on ap discount and one DVC stay at AKV.

The DVC stay is being shipped via USPS

The WL stay with AP discount is being shipped via UPS with next day delivery.

USPS for me and took 3 days. But our trip isn't until later this month

As noted on other threads, the magic band delivery system is not very sophisticated (one poster noted receiving 20 bands for 4 people!) I have two rooms so I got two boxes (usps). Good thing we were home as they wouldn't have both fit in the mail box and I would have had to make a trip to the post office to retrieve them.
