Magic Band Shipping FYI

KelleyK75, I was going to ask if you were from Canada (because we have to wait until we get to the resort to get them), but nursetinagb said the same thing and she is from the US.

Yesterday was my last day to customize mine. I just went on the MDE app to look at the status, and mine says "Pick up your customized MagicBand order at your Resort Front Desk." I was looking forward to receiving them in the mail. My shipping address is on the next screen. Did I do something wrong that caused them not to be shipped?

Mine said the same thing too! I was totally looking forward to some fun Mickey Mail!

Ours were originally set up to finish customization on 2/28 but a few days ago that changed to 2/25.

I just got off the phone with Disney to fix an issue with my bands on MDE. Today is my last day to customize and he said they will be shipping overnight UPS.

We arrive on 3/20 and my magic bands were shipped USPS on Tuesday...I just tracked them and they are out for delivery today

We are taking a DCL cruise before our WDW stay, so we are traveling to Florida 8 days prior to our check-in date at WDW.

Sounds like you spoke to a cast member unaware of the recent change in the shipping method.

I got my bands in the mail today. From confirmation email of shipping to date of delivery was 2 business days for me. My last day to customize was 2/17 I got email on 2/19 and they showed up today 2/21.

My fam is driving. Our last day to customize was Wed, got the email this morning that they have shipped USPS. Checked the tracking and they were in Atlanta at the sorting facility this afternoon...hoping they'll get here by early next week

I booked a vacation package on a Saturday, went on MDExperience and customized 2 magic bands for my wife and I. MDE said they could be picked up at resort. I was fine with that. Tuesday, 3 days later, The bands were on my doorstep. I wasn't expecting them.

That's what it looks like but I will call to confirm that prior to that for our trip in July. We are road tripping it the long way from Maine to the Gulf Coast of FL then on to WDW so I definitely need them a month before we leave or will need to pick them up at the desk.
