Magic Band-Room Charging

The last trip my mom and I took we just had all the room charges from our magic bands pointed to my debit card. I am needing to separate our charges on to our own cards this year. Can guest services at any of the parks to this or will only the front desk of our resort be able to do this?

The front should be able to take care of it for you. I’ve never used guest services for it. Interested to see the other replies.

Charging is through the onsite hotel stay, so the front desk will have to do it. Take care of it when everyone is there at the resort.
