We just arrived and were told the Magic Band readers are not working anywhere on property. No Fastpasses, tickets, dining charging, etc. Anyone know what's going on????

Maybe having some kind of funky system issues? I was just trying to get ADRs and it was erroring out when I tried to confirm reservations. When I called in, the cast member mentioned that they had taken their system down for "enhancements" and didn't know when it would be back up. I was also wanting to update my resort check-in for next week and wasn't able to do that either. Don't know if all that would be connected - super frustrating though!!

Same thing was happening to me. Said I had to call to cancel an ADR that I know can be cancelled online & wouldn't confirm a new one. Guess I'll try again in the morning.
Glad at least that is working. Hope they have a backup system in place. I would be annoyed if I was trying to use my magic band for park admission or room charging & couldn't.
I have run into that on a couple of trips. For one trip, it went down on my check in day, and everyone had to go to the front desk to check in, and they issued key cards to access the rooms, because the bands wouldn't work. Anyone who hadn't done online check in had to go back to the desk to finish the check in process once the system was back up and running. It was down for at least 24 hours on that trip.
We were in MK on Sunday night, got there about 2:00 and stayed till the party was over. MB system was down for purchasing merchandise the entire night. We were able to order food at Pecos Bills and I'm thinking we paid with bands but now I can't remember for sure. I do remember for merchandise because she specifically mentioned the MB system was out and they couldn't take them for payment.
