Yes, the front desk can set that up. Might want to get a print out once some charges were made to ensure it was setup properly.

yes, do double check that it is setup properly, we have never had it right the 3 or 4 times we had them set it up for us

While I know what you're asking, and the answer to the intended question is yes, the technical answer to your stated question is...

No, because nothing is ever actually "on" the bands. Bands are merely keys to accessing your MDE account - which is where everything is stored.

As mentioned, the front desk can attach a separate CC that will be used by a specific MB - but that CC isn't "on" the band. Also, as mentioned, the process doesn't always work properly, so make sure to check.
