magic band question

My wife and i got our magic bands today.

We should have only gotten one since my wife bought one from Disney about 2 months ago and I entered the numbers from the band onto the My Disney experience page.

What I don't know is which band is going to be activated and what do we do if the wrong one is activated when we get there?

All MBs in your account are active now. Your wife can now pick and choose which 1 she wants to wear.
 
All bands are activated unless you (or a cast member) deactivates them. The only ones that are not are the specialty bands that you have to manually link to your account (purchased in a store or online).
 

To check which ones are active you can go into the MDE website, not the app, and it shows you all the ones there.
As the PPs have said unless you deactivate or a CM does then they stay active

I went to the MDE website and logged in but can't figure out where the magic band info is.

Where it says magic bands on the website the only info I can find says my magic bands have shipped and the tracking number.

HELP!

If you can’t find the area that means you haven’t deactivated anything at all. 😉

You’re good to go with all MBs.
 
On MDE app, click right hand corner icon of three little lines, then ‘My Profile’, then ‘Magic Bands & Cards’, then ‘Your Magicband’.... or ‘Friends’ Magicbands’.

OK found it.

Only the magic band we purchased a month or so ago is activated. The 2 we just got say inactive so I'll need to activate them. I saw a spot on there to activate them so I guess we are good to go.

If that doesn’t work the front desk staff at the resort can help. MDE can be a bit glitchy to say the least.
