magic band question

I went in and (I thought) customized our bands a few weeks ago. I got an email today about customizing them. So I went into the account and they had the right names and color, but when I hit update it said there was an error.
It also says I have 3 bands coming, with one for my son "awaiting customization" although he has not been to WDW since 2014 and is not going this time.
The tickets for me and DH are linked, as is my resort reservation through DVC.
Should I call? I'd hate to get gray bands, or one for my son who isn't going.
 
I had issues with the customizing our magic band as well. I had done it a while ago, but when I checked a month ago, it wasn't showing. I waited and checked once a week and realized it was not going to get fixed. When I received an email saying that I should customize before it's too late, I tried again and it wasn't showing. So I had to call in and although the couldn't fix it, they were able to customize it for me. I hope it's correct when we arrive.
