Magic band question

We ordered our magic bands,but when doing so it sent us to the main Disney store page and had us pick colors. It was on the My Disney page but linked us elsewhere. Is this how everybody does it or did we do something wrong?

Yes I have a reservation, and it sent me to pick colors with each of our names.
