How can i tell if the Magic Band Plus is fully charged. My band lights up all around the puck, but my husbands only lights up 1/4 way around. They were bought on the DCL site as we wanted them for our cruise, how can we pair them to our land part of the trip? WE do not need them for park tkts, we do not plan to visit the parks.
Thank You for any help !!!!

Our bands that we bought off Shop Disney for the parks wouldn't fully charge until we paired them via bluetooth to our phones/MDE. Then when we charged them, the band went all the way around. In MDE, once paired, you can see how fully charged they are. However, the app will say it's fully charged even if it isn't. It's not fully charged if the rings do not go all the way around. Pairing it with MDE will allow it to work at the resort. I don't know how it works with DCL. Maybe you have to pair it with that app too.

Also, the bands need to be powered off when not in use.
Power On and Off to Reset: Press and hold the button on the back of the band for about 6 seconds, until it buzzes twice, to power the device off.

Since you ordered them through your cruise reservation, they are automatically linked to your MDE account so you don't need to do anything extra to use them at WDW.

If you are using a magicband+ you already have that is already linked to MDE, will it automatically work for DCL?

EDIT: Nevermind. I found the answer. They are listed on the DCL website, under Already Booked and DisneyBand+ & More. They were automatically linked.
