Magic Band Plus and tickets

I just purchased a one day ticket online and am staying offsite. Will this automatically link to my magic band (it's charged and paired with my phone app) or is there another step involved?

Is the ticket showing in MDE?
Is the MB+ showing in MDE, same profile as the ticket?
If yes to both questions, you are good to go.

Right. Tickets are not actually linked to Magic Bands. A ticket is linked to your profile on My Disney Experience. The band is also linked to a profile on My Disney Experience. That association is what is used when tapping in. Just make sure this ticket is listed and associated properly with the same profile as the Band, and then you are all set.
