Magic Band Peculiarity

I have one stay booked for early May, and one stay booked for mid November, and the only one that says customize your magic bands is the one for early May. Can anyone explain why the ones for mid November are not showing up? Will they show up once the May trip is past?

Is your November trip linked and showing up in MDE? Maybe it will show up closer to the 180 day mark?

Its showing up perfectly, the right hotel and everything. Its not a biggie, we can always use our MBs from this year's trip, I just thought it strange.

Worst case scenario you can call and ask. I’m sure either tech can get it to show up on your end or they can probably be able to put your order in for you.

This happened to me. I had a trip in September and a trip in November and could only see and customize the bands for September. I assumed after the September trip the November bands would show up but they didn't. I ended up having to call to get it sorted out.

I had a similar issue recently. I had two trips booked for December. I made both reservations, I was the primary guest on both, and linked them both through my MDX account. I only saw the option to order MBs for the first trip. BUT when I logged in to my mother's (who is coming on trip #2) there was an option to customize MBs for the second trip. It was weird.

Hm. Well Im going to have to see what happens, because DH does not have a Disney account. Thanks all for letting me know I will have to keep an eye on this.
