We will soon be visiting WDW for the first time since Magic Bands were introduced. I've read up on these and feel relatively squared away about them now. (At least I hope so.
)
My questions are regarding some old plastic No Expire tickets we have with days left on them. Our package for the upcoming trip includes park tickets, so I don't plan to use any of those from the old tickets. But we didn't take the Water Park + option in this package, and we have plenty of unused WP days on the old No Expire tix.
1) Can we go to a water park one day using our old tickets/days instead of the new package "tickets" (Magic Bands)? [?] If so, do we need to tell the CM or do anything special re: old tix vs. Bands? [?]
2) Do we have to link our old No Expire tix to the Magic Bands to use them? [?] If not, I don't really see an upside to doing so (unless I am missing something) and I do certainly see a potential for confusion along the way (getting charge a No Expire park day instead of one from our current package, etc.).
Am I over-thinking all of this?
I do that sometimes...
