We have our magic bands for our trip this week. For some reason on mde my daughters magic band has disappeared. I called tech support and they said they had to re issue her a new generic grey band and it would be at our resort. They said my daughter had a duplicate account and the customized one was associated with that one. I am pretty sure my 8 year old didnt register for her own account. Do you think they can add her original magic band back when we check in. I am pretty sure she will be upset if she cant use her customized band.
