I have to fasten at almost the tightest setting, are these longer than the old ones? I can't find mine, but I know it wasn't that big.

Do you cut off the extra band? It's like it's wrapping around twice! :p

Just to note, I got the message that they were being sent yesterday with tracking verifying, and they arrived today!!!

The gray portion can be permanently removed, making it smaller. Instructions are included in the box.

Ha ha!!! I was so excited I tore it out of the box without looking at anything. Just found instructions and luggage tags. :o

If you decide to take off the gray I always suggest a little knife action to slice it off! Maybe I'm doing it wrong but whenever I try to pull it off normally it always leaves some gross pieces on the sides :sad1:

So make it smaller.
Do not cut off anything.
You peal off the larger portion making it child size.

Well, I needed it larger than child size but smaller than standard size so I cut off some of the colored part and then smoothed it down with a nail file.

Obviously I didn't know you could remove the grey part to make it smaller - I didn't see the instructions. I was just seeing if everyone else just cut off the band. Glad I asked as I was told about the instructions - now I know.

I pulled of the grey band and it did not leave any pieces, but thanks for advice! :)

My guy's wrists are apparently delicate also! :rotfl:

He kept the grey part on though - it would have been a snug fit if removing it and if it's hot, may be uncomfortable.

I have a small wrist, taking the gray part will fix the problem but I like the ""adult" look of the band with the gray part, so I cut the band and had no problem ever.

^^ This

If people still like the look of the grey around the band, you can always cut off what you don't want. It's only the small center puck/mickey head that has to remain intact

This is just the info I needed. :mickeybar Cut some of the grey off.:yo-yo:

I’m a girl, but I’m in a similar situation. Removing all the grey makes it just snug enough I feel like I would be miserable after a day at the parks. I had not considered trimming the grey part, but definitely doing that before Saturday.
