Magic Band Help Needed

Hi friends! I hope I am putting this in the right forum. I booked a room only reservation for June for me, DH and DS13.

1.) I have not bought tickets yet - I will need those to "book" rides, right?

2.) And I can "book" rides at 60 days out?

3.) Can I order our magic bands at 60 days out even if we don't have our park tickets yet?

4.) If I buy from UT - can I link those ok to out magic bands on the Disney website? And could they (or Disney If I buy them there) tell me the numbers on them to "book" our rides at 60 days out?

I have read through here and just not too clear on all this magic band stuff yet. We have been to Disney before, but not with magic bands and FP+.

Any info you could help me with would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!!

2. Yes.
3. The MB order info will be sent to you due to your resort booking, but yes.
4. Yes. There are numbers on the tickets. Use those.
If you order tickets from Disney (I advise against doing so)
order them via "Will Call" (pick-up) and use the confirmation numbers
given to you when you order (or they will be linked FOR you by Disney.)

We have been to Disney 6 other times - all this is making me nervous! LOL Hoping I am doing it all ok. Thanks for your help.
