Magic Band Choice?

Hi folks!

This past June, I was able to choose colors for our MB's pretty far out before June.

We are going in April 2017 and I looked online at the MDE website to choose colors again,
but I can't find the page to do so. Is it too early now? Or is this not an option anymore?

It should be a choice right there on the "Welcome!" page when you sign in.

That's what I remember clicking on before. This time it is not coming up to click, either place. I see my old tix and bands, current tix, resort reservation, adrs, but no link to order new magic bands. Wierd one...part of the update glitches maybe?

I am going the last week of February and the last week of April and both of mine are showing up not sure why yours are not showing up. If it dose not show up with in a few days you could try calling Disney but I would not worry it is not like you get it any sooner just as long as you can costumes it by 31 days before your trip you will be fine other wise you will get gray.

I just want to make sure that you are using the MDX website and,
that you are putting your cursor over the menu heading to which my red arrow is pointing.
That menu must be chosen with the cursor to see the pull-down choices.

My parents had this same problem when we added them to our trip. I think my mom had to call tech support and they fixed it for her.

I had a similar problem. I wasn't able to order my MagicBands at all. So I called Disney and they were able to fix the entire problem. It is probably because of their website updates/problems.

yep - the website MDE - not the app. I guess a call to tech support is in order... Thanks for the help folks! I am sure they will fix it like yours!

We're going in April and I was able to choose mine but we selected them through the website, not the app.

I didn't pay too much attention but I'm guessing for May 2017 we will be getting the (puck) new magic bands correct?
