Simple question: Before I go and buy a portable battery pack for charging cell phones (and possibly Magic Bands) on the go, is the Magic Band+ charging cable a USB-A (old school rectangle) or USB-C High Speed (smaller symmetrical) plug?

Our MagicBand+s use USB-A, but also be aware that they use a special cable/adapter to connect & snap around the back side of the puck of the MB+. That cable is included with each MB+.

Right. So it's like an Apple Watch kinda thing on the Magic band side. Can't use my Iphone lightning or any other adapter and plug it in, it has to be that specific one.
It is old school USB A. Loses its life about halfway through the day. It barely interacts with the intended objects, yet still lasts only half of a day.
