Magic band charges question

My family, which includes grown children, will be staying together at OKW this fall. Is there a way to separate our food bills from theirs? We're covering most of the cost of this vacation for them, but they have agreed to pay for their food.

They can use their own cc for their MB charges. Set this up at the front desk. And check periodically at the front desk to make sure it's working as expected.

^yes. Set up different cards to whoever you want at the front desk. If you don't then all the bands will be linked to whoever booked the hotel room

I strongly second the advice to check to see if it is working, we did the same thing and all of the charges on my son and his fiancée showed on my account. A trip to the front desk fixed it, but I still kept an eye on if for the rest of the trip.

Seconding (thirding) what the others said about checking your account at the front desk. My sister and I had our accounts switched when we checked halfway through our trip. When we checked out, the issue still hadn't been resolved. It's a quick fix, but annoying nonetheless.

Just some advice if going to pay for your balance of charges you make with MB with cash/gift cards when you do this sort of thing. Make sure they know which person's balance you are paying on. I did this last year and they put my gift cards and cash on my sister's account and paid her balance. Luckily I caught it and they were able to fix it. It took a while but they fixed it.
