Magic band and tickets and first day and ID??

since the tickets are now linked to our names on MDE and will be linked to our magic bands, will we need to have ID on the first day to prove who we are? The tickets are non-transferable, but how will they know who is who? Or will they even care?

They don’t care about names. Anyone with a valid ticket linked to their MDE account can enter a park.

The tickets ARE (currently) transferrable.
They only become non-transferrable after they have started being used.

No one will need to see your ID at the tapstiles.
You should however always carry ID in case its needed for another reason such as you'd like a drink etc...
