I thought Ab texting me throughout the show was disturbing.

BA had plain lo mein instead of shrimp lo mein.

I have a question - did she get a decent amount of vegetables minus the shrimp? If only they had some tofu, I'd be all over this place.

No, it was mainly noodles, but thats what she wanted and she was happy. At our local place, she returned it one time stating "I want it PLAIN, not with green stuff in it"

Not a whole lot of vegetarian options here--maybe the TS part is better.

Ok---sorry for the temporary delay---hope you enjoyed the 2 week ride on Primeval Whirl! Now stagger over here and sit on the bench and let's see where to go next.........and that means you too DM---so git yer fanny back over here and sit down!

After the 2 rides on Dinosaur, we had 40 minutes till our EE fast pass was good, so BA wanted to ride the Primeval Hurl ride..........but no one else felt the need to throw up all the Yak and Yeti food!

Daran volunteers to take her to the ride (to ride BY HERSELF), and Ab and I find a bench----she loves to peoplewatch and text........this was new for me!

We spotted a "what not to wear at AK:

Then we played a game with her camera phone:
1. find some funny looking people......we thought old men were the best
2. set the camera phone to take 3 quick shots in a row.
3. point the camera at the funny looking man then click-click-click!
4. Review the pictures--it's like a slow cartoon.

We amused ourselves for a while till a really big woman glared at us after hearing the click-click-click....

So we jumped up from the bench and ran!
And we ran into this (which Ab took 6 pix of )

Do u know what it is? I thought PIG, but no:

We caught up with Daran and BA (who looked green), but dang it, our EE passes were good now, so she had to ride!

Yikes! We gotta get over to DHS! Run for the BUS!!

We ran and ran..........and then waited and waited!
Then sat and sat.......then ran and ran to the Lights/camera/action show!!!

I'd never seen the show and really wanted to:

It was a good show---no one got hurt like in HS's version, but still, a good show!

Then it was time for Hollywood and Vine:
This was our 1 buffet and I was a little worried about it as it had negative reviews. But, alas, it was pretty good!
Lots of choices for all ages and of course, really fast service as it's a BUFFET!

Last year, we ate at MM---and MISSED Fantasmic cause the service was so slow. But this year, we got to eat AND see the show!!

After cattle-marching out of the Fantasmic stadium, we sprint to the bus for POR! It's only around 8 pm, and we wanna go to DTD!

When Daran realized it would take over an hour for the girls to be ready to go to DTD (by girls, I mean Ab)---he heads to the bar.

Later:
Daran: It's 10 pm--let's take the car as it'll be faster.
Me: No--I wanna take the bus. (I was really submerged in the Disney thing at this point)
Daran: Then we'll miss Disney Quest and you have free tickets this trip.
Me: O-kayyyyy

So we walk to the minivan..........unlock it.......get everyone in................van won't start.............at all.

So we take the bus!

And we end up with 1/2 hour at DQ.

We did the Jungle Cruise (dang--that's like exercise!) and we played the Buzz bumper cars (that's fun!)
Then BA and I walked to POTC (Jo recommended this). Hmm....only 3 people in line.........the CM ushers us all in the room..........we look around confused! Then the captain tells us to pick a gun and start shooting the bad ships! So we did! This was great fun---you are surrounded by 3 giant screens and you have an actual cannon!
After that game, the other folks left and BA and I played again by ourselves--we ran from gun to gun!
I would certainly recommend it!

It closed at 11 so we headed to the bus-stop and waited and waited and waited. At 12:30, we got to POR. (I told him we should have taken the car. )

Gotta get to bed cause we're opening the MK tomorrow! (yes, Ab, you gotta get up!)

No, really, great update TE! I've never done Primeval Hurl. We did Dinosaur in December for the first time since we went in 1998 and it didn't impress me too much. But I absolutely LOVE EE!!!! Can't wait to see if DD6 will go on it with me in October! If not, maybe I'll have to hitch a ride with Buzz and LA!

We like EE a lot too! This was the BEST AK day too---low to mid 70s and very few lines so we enjoyed it!

(tip--start walking a lot now if you aren't already--it really did help!)
