DQ sounds like fun, for some reason it just has never been anything I have considered doing, but if the Fockers say it is fun then it must be!

We had all the free ticket upgrades--water, whatever, and more or something like that! So I was danged and determine to use them!

Personally I think there is only a couple of hours of fun to be had in DQ...my fav part- the free internet tables!

Didn't see that---Ab would have liked it--she was having some IM withdrawal problems---which retail therapy seemed to help!

Sounds like a great day tho...I wanna see the stunt show...maybe in August. Who am I kidding? I am not sitting outside in august for any reason! LOL.

If you're going in the summer--it'll be great. We're not big gamers, but it was still fun for a little while. But we wouldn't spend too much time as we like the parks better. But it's really different---read about the levels in Passporter (the book with my name in it!) before you go too.

Hey---I had got in good shape for this trip (exercised every day)--so I could really run to the rides!
(tip--start walking a lot now if you aren't already--it really did help!)

WE have started walking after dinner since the weather has gotten nice. Jimmy loves to walk. We usually only walk around the block, but that is about 1/2 mile and 2 of the streets are up hill!

Yep! It's also been featured in my last 2 Disney trips! It's a nice soft pink leather with lots of pockets (got it at a Wilsons Leather outlet) so I really like it. Ab thinks it's kinda strange.

Well, H&V is no Cali grill! But we were pleasantly surprised--you can find something you like as there are a lot of selections.

YES our Favorite park !! I'm gonna beat ya to Space Mountain !!!

We like EE a lot too! This was the BEST AK day too---low to mid 70s and very few lines so we enjoyed it!

Hey---I had got in good shape for this trip (exercised every day)--so I could really run to the rides!
(tip--start walking a lot now if you aren't already--it really did help!)

I have been, Our neighborhood is really hilly and if I have not been doing that I set the treadmill for #7 incline.

Due to CE requesting a "significant delay", this TR will recommence in 21 days......all passengers are instructed to not leave the vicinity as the schedule could change at any moment.........por favor, est cinco de mayo.........


.........we are sorry for the significant delay, but the bus will now continue its 60 minute, multiple stop journey to the Magic Kingdom!! All those standing are reminded to arrive at the bus stop earlier and to push ahead of other folks when boarding the bus....... yes, DM, I see you and HS got great seats today!


The morning begins with a wake up call.....from Mickey! .......much better than Stitch!

Daran gets a shower first and gets outta the room---too many females getting ready..........I nudge Ab.........she groans..........I remind her it's the last day at Disney...........she says "good" ............she's not moving, and I wanna make rope-drop...........so we leave her.........again.........with instructions to meet us at Epcot at noon.

Do we make rope drop???

Yes! After a lengthy bus tour, we arrive in time to see the opening character show and the family of the day counting down from the train ( how did THEY get their teen up?? Probably a bribe.... )

So where to first?
Space? Buzz? BTMMR????

Nope! We gotta lotta snack credits and we're hungry.......so we stop at Main street bakery!

We find a cute table out on the sidewalk and watch the World open! It's actually <<gasp>> kind of re-lax-ing (I know, it's a hard word to say at WDW!)

Then we walk to Fantasy land...........BA swears she's never ridden Dumbo (not true---but not recently!), and the line is only 15 min, so her and Daran climb aboard....

hmm......how do you get a good Dumbo shot???

Then we ride the carousel---she got Cindy's horse!

Then she wants to try the sword....swearing she's never done that either! (she was in the show when she was 2 !--do they even still HAVE a show??? )

Next--Tomorrowland!

At the Buzz kiosk, I discover that HS's shirt has not arrived.

So we ride Buzz.........skip Stitch cause she hates that...........then get in line for Monsters Inc.
This is where we made a bad parenting mistake.

It was 11:45........and Ab had called twice.......she's already at Epcot.........and wants us there.......but we're already throught the doors...........walk through turnstiles..........walk into preshow..........Ab texts that she doesn't like being alone.............I'm worried..............so when the doors open..........we grab BA and just walk through the exit doors.

She's really mad at missing the show, and I hate to have anyone leave the MK grumpy, so I try to cheer her up.

(note the tight-lipped smile) Hey---there's my Focker Lanyard and LGMH! 100 points for me!!

She's still pouting as we wait for the monorail.......and then a CM comes up and remarks about her pins! She notices a Hannah Montana pin on his lanyard and wants to trade. He then tells her he has actually met HM there at Disney! She thinks that's cool and her mood changes! Whew!

Epcot: Ab is waiting and we're all hungry.......so we head straight to Mexico!
Mini review: we've eaten inside and the kids weren't impressed......but we all LOVED the Cantina outside! The portions were plentiful--could have shared, but don't need to--everyone ordered what they wanted and we ate outside overlooking the water!

Cantina Nachos - Tortilla chips, beef, cheese, tomatoes, jalepeno peppers, sour cream, and black refried beans. - $7.95
Plato Combinacion - Chicken taco, Beef burrito and a Quesadilla served with Black refried beans and Mexican salsa. - $8.75
Tacos Al Carbon - Flour tortillas filled with grilled chicken, onions and peppers, served with black refried beans and Mexican salsa. - $7.95
Wet Burrito - Soft Flour tortillas filled with beef, black refried beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream and Adobo sauce. - $7.95

Dessert

Bunuelos - Round fritter rolled in cinnamon sugar. - $2.60
Churros - Fried dough rolled in cinnamon sugar. - $2.50

The churros were crispy and good!
(now I want some Mexican food, and it IS cinco de Mayo, right??)

After the great lunch, we decide to ride SE............ everyone grab your blue backpack and follow the lady with the flag to SE:

(I think they were Brazilian---they were everywhere!)

Next up: Epcot/ Les Chefs

One thing about having people in front of me.. I can shoot them and walk over their COLD DEAD BODIES... It eliminates the competition next time around.

Oh well.. since you left Tomorrowland.. that leaves more rides on Space Mountain for me.. Told you I'd beat you there !!!!

TE.. I believe they stopped the "Sword in the Stone" show 2 maybe even 3 years ago. Shame we missed it. I think it ran only the first year we went.
