I subscribe to several different magazines. Started with a couple because they had can't-refuse-type-subscription offers. They must have passed my name on to other magazines, as I've now ended up with about a dozen subscriptions.
What is annoying is practically with the very first issue they send along a "renewal" notice. Now I've already subscribed for two years, I don't want to renew until that amount of time is almost up. Why they send them so early, I don't understand.
And for goodness sakes, stop sticking half a dozen loose subscription cards in each issue! I'm already a subscriber, I don't want the cards! Why can't they have separate systems for magazines that are going to newsstands (put cards in those) and ones that are being sent to subscribers? That would make sense to me. It seems such a waste to send all those cards to people who already subscribe.
I know, I know in the grand scheme of things this is no big deal but just something I consider annoying.
