Mafia Wars players... 2 questions for fun comparison.

2. How many Energy Points do you have? ( I have 898 - 4.56 energy points per level )

I'm only lvl 135 and I think I have about 275 in energy points! Do you put all your points into energy or something?

Mostly... but also I am playing the style that takes :30 less for each energy point to build up. I forget the name of the 3 different types of character.

If you aren't fighting rival mobs, there really isn't much reason to put a ton of points in anything but energy.

I got tired of people robbing me blind. It just bugged me that they could rob me once and it cost under $1M to fix it but would cost $18M to protect it (not that the protection did anything). I raised my attack & defense to the 220 range and it stopped that for the most part. I don't fight other mafia's unless someone needs help.

I added to "my mafia" and that has helped immensely also. So now I've been focusing on adding to my energy. I know the higher leveled I get, I'm sure I'll attract bigger people to attack me. I wish there was something of a limit, like someone who is at level 319 not being able to attack a level 29 and repeatedly. That is discouraging.

I am around level 145 and have ~435 in energy. I can't get onto FB from work so don't know for sure. I did up my defense because I kept getting attached.

I only have 69 in my mafia though. need more.

I also play Street Racing. It is similar to MW, but I now have the opposite problem. I am level 112, and you race people instead of rob them, and the lowest level I have been able to race against currently is level 158... and I only have 17 in my crew, so I lose almost always.

I'm level 93 and have 205 in energy but have almost 300 in defense I only have 32 players but I hardly ever get robbed

How much do ya'll make an hour off your properties? I'm only at 7million. I should really start buying more.

Ok those are my stats. I never voluntarily fight anyone nor do I really rob people but it always seems I'm getting attacked all the time. Although I did notice with the new boost system I'm not getting robbed nearly as often!

I have seriously backed off of buying properties. There isn't a point except to buy more properties. You aren't able to do anything with the earned money.

That being said, I hate getting robbed but I don't mind being fought. I understand the need for the fighting (I assume it's for experience points and leveling up). Only thing that bugs me on the fighting is the lopsided fights or when they "snuff" you because you lose 6 pts and it always seems to factor in that your just <pinches fingers tiny> this close to another level. ugh.

SC Minnie you gotta "pimp" yourself for more mafia members. There are fansites on FB where they send you names of people that want to be added. I've added about 80 people this way. I set up my privacy settings so they don't see any of my info or pics/video (as much as possible) and as soon as they are on my mafia, I hit the ignore function on their posts so I don't get the "lick my lollipop" posts, updates/meanderings, only MW stuff.

This one seems to send me a pm almost every day or every other day with about 20 people on it to add. Only thing I've been doing is looking at the profile pics to make sure that it's nothing I would want me RL friends to be looking at with a wt_ expression. I know it's no guarantee that they won't change it but I guess I can "unfriend" at that point.

I also, do not jump around, though at around level 50 I went to Cuba. I set up all my businesses to make the max money, and then I went back to NY to "complete" it. I "think" if you complete NY, you save another 30 seconds per energy point. In the mean time, w/o doing jobs, I have saved up 11 million in Cuba, PLUS I have already bought all the equipment that you can actually buy for Cuba.

All I need to do to complete NY is finish the 3rd tier, which still means getting a hundred Illegal Transaction Records, and a couple hundred Blackmail Photos.... ( IIRC )

In NY, I make 33 million per hour.... I have basically stopped buying any properties except land, because land can't be attacked.

I do that all the time too. Sometimes it'll take me 3 days of spending all my energy robbing the electronics store just to get up enough stuff to master one job! I hate that! They really need to allow us the use of energy packs every 12 hours instead of every 23.
