Does the Maelstrom in Norway (at Epcot) have height restrictions?

I've been scouring here and the Disney website and can't find anything that says yay or nay!

Thanks!

Nope, you are good to go. NO height restrictions!

Negative to the height requirements.

I can't beleive that ride is still around. I do love it, though all the murals are from the 80's, and you can tell! hahaha :rotfl:

Great ride though.
:lmao:

I love it too, I think the cheesy factor may play a big part in my enjoyment.

I haven't seen a height restriction but I have seen a few places say not for under 3 - is that a requirement or not? I know my DD will want to go on this.

DD went on it from 14 mo, 18 mo, and 28 mos. She liked it every time. :)

(I'd steer clear though if you have easily scared kiddos, though.)

I saw that too somewhere, but it's not true. My dd went on at 17 months and 2.5 years with no problems.

They probably say that because of the troll and the small drop, but my kids love it. The only thing we dont like is waiting at the end of it to leave the building....kind of dont like how they make you stand there till they open the doors.

Haha! Us too..that wait seems FOREVER!

(DS was 9 months the first time he went on this. :thumbsup2)

That's the worst part! (especially when you 'gotta go'!!)

Agreed about the troll part. We went with DS1 (13 months) and DD3, and DD3 hated the trolls. She doesn't get scared easily (her favorite ride was Snow White's scary adventure), but she was scared of the trolls. She asked on every boat ride if there would be monsters on it. The drop isn't bad though, neither kid noticed it really.
