Joining up here too, your daughter is adorable. My oldest is also 7. Glad you got picked for the Big Give. Glad she isn't having to be admitted right now, and praying that pneumonia stays away!

Thanks for joining us. We are so excited to get our first Big Give in the mail. Madison knows nothing about this, but loves getting any kind of mail. She will be so excited when something finally comes. Thanks for the prayers also.

Thanks. She is truly a tropper, but all of our special kids are for all they have to go through. We go to our wish trip dinner tonight and she will find out about swimming with the dolphins. A limo is picking us up. She is going to be so suprised. I will be sure to take lots of pictures and will get them on as soon as I can. We are so excited about the Big Give. Congrats to you all also.

Have fun tonight. Can't wait to hear the details. We tried getting the swimming with the dolphins too, but MAW said it was a whole different wish. I'm going to try to call up Sea World and see if we can get a private meet and greet with the dolphins after the show. Korissa would be on to be able to do this.

Hi everyone, we are back from our dinner and had a fantastic time. Madison got some really nice gifts and mom and I each got a dozen roses.Tammy will post some pictures and tell about Madison's surprise either later tonight or sometime tomarrow. Right now she is doing her tomarrows work because Madison has to have another infusion at the hospital tomarrow.

It was an awesome trip! Longest I have ever been away and it was a lot of fun!

We had our dinner and it was great. It was a fundraiser for Special Wish Foundation Inc and they made more money than they have in the past. They made over $30,000 this year for SWF Inc. Madison got loads of gifts and they told her about getting to swim with the dolphins. She is very excited. They gave her a little stuffed dolphin, a Minnie, a mug with her name on it, a book about the Ocean and more stuff. See picture I am adding with her and all her stuff she got. The limo came and picked us up and waited for us while we were there and then brought us home. She had so much fun in the limo - see pics. Susie, the lady who puts on the fundraiser, brought her dog and Madison fell in love. Grandma is wanting to get her a puppy now. It was nice to just get out and not worry about things for a little while.
We have another infusion tomorrow and the the ortho doc on Thursday. I am so ready for this trip. Time can't go fast enough.
Thanks to everyone who is following and especially those of you who are keeping Madison in your prayers. It is appreciated more than you know. She is still fighting a cough even with being on 4 different antibiotics. Still praying it doesn't end up turning into pnuemonia. Sorry to go on and on. It has been a long day.

Well things are moving right along. The dinner last night was awesome. Got an e-mail today from our wish coordinator wanting to know if Madison could be the honorary Special Wish Foundation Inc kid for a state get together on Friday. I guess it is Combined Charitiable Champaigne time (at least that is what she said) and they are having some kind of thing Friday downtown and want us to come. The VP of Special Wish Foundation Inc is one of the speakers and wants Madison to just tell what she is getting from them as special wish. She is a talker so this should be easy for her. Then she is going to take us out to lunch. Then Saturday she wants Madison to be a judge at a car show they are having to raise some money. So she is getting loads of special attention, which she eats up, but we think she deserves. Now all we have to do is get her cough and fever (low grade) free. Still praying cough doesn't go into pnuemonia. She doesn't act sick at all, which is a blessing. She is on 4 antibiotics so something should start working soon.
