Made with Magic Wand Question

Hi Everybody. I'm new here and you have already been a huge help in my planning process! Forgive me if this has already been answered but I haven't seen it yet... I have a couple of questions about the Made with Magic Wands. I know they can change other Made with Magic items - but does that include other Made with Magic Wands or just the ears? Also, will they work with the special Christmas Wishes and Celebrate the Magic shows at the MVMCP?

I don't know about the wands specifically, but the old Glow with the Show hats did work with the special programs at MNSSHP and MVMCP, so I imagine the Made with Magic ones would do the same.
