Made to order omelets at buffets

We have breakfast buffet booked at CM, Tusker House, Ohana, Crystal Palace.
Do they all have made to order omelet stations? For those that do, can you request an eggwhite omelet?

I just returned went to tusker House if you ask waiter they will accomadate.


Also went to crystal palace and in the middle of buffet she is there and will make an omlette (egg beaters, whites are available)

Isnt it wonderful that they can do this. someone was in front of us at All Star Movies and they asked for one like that and they got it......no problems at all.....nice that they accomodate people...

Oh, and the omelets there are so good, aren't they?

'Ohana is not a buffet. Breakfast there is served family style and the last I knew the eggs were served scrambled.

Kona does serve omelets.
