I had wanted Garden Grill but that was not available so finally decided on San Angel Inn at 5:15 and 8:15 CP. I'm having second thoughts about San Angel Inn. We like Mexican but probably more Tex Mex than authentic. Plus I know my kids (17. 14 and 13) are not going to eat $33 worth of food even if they do like the food. I keep thinking about when we went out to dinner last week and ordered an appetizer for us all to share and after that, we weren't even hungry when our meals arrived!

And another thing...I'm wondering if it might be better to see the CP and THEN eat - can you do it that way? My son for sure will drink two or three cokes during dinner if there are free refills and then will need to run to the bathroom every 15 minutes!

I may have to rethink this...

Yes we saw the CP and then had our dinner. I don't think the food and cost is ever worth what you pay in the World Showcase. It's the atmosphere that we like and try not to stress about the kids not eating their money's worth. To see CP I would definitely book the package, the reserved seating area is worth the dinner price. Make sure you still line up early to get seated for CP or you may end up with lousy seats. Seeing CP on Christmas Eve sounds lovely.

Kallison,
This is the first time I really noticed the photo! What a cute puppy!

I also like the line...lab adorer!

Cute!

Yes, you can do the show first and then dinner. When you call to make your PSs, just let them know you want to do the show first, then dinner. We prefer having dinner first - we eat around 5:00 or 5:30 PM, and then do the 8:15 show. It lets out in time for Illuminations!

We're eating at Chefs de France again this year, and we've also eaten at LeCellier for our package. By the time we do our full dinner, I feel we pretty much get our money's worth. And, we always do our shopping on this day - the 15% discount is great!! I also like knowing I don't have to stand in a long line for a seat to the show! I have two teenagers too, and a 6 yr old - we all really enjoy the show. I really like doing the package; and I would highly recommend it if you're going on Christmas Eve.

We do enjoy San Angel Inn - my little one loves watching the boats go by; we almost chose it for our dinner this year, but DH really enjoyed his dinner at Chefs de France last year, so we're going back. We'll be there Dec 6! Can't wait!!!
