I made our ADRs this morning and must have gotten the most talkative cast member on the planet.
She was wonderful, of course, and we got all our ADRs.
Anyway, when she pulled up our resort reservation, it had the wrong phone number attached to it. This was news to me as all the correspondence I've received from WDW since we made the reservation has had our correct phone number. Not to mention, we've had this phone number for seven years and have always used it to make WDW reservations. Anyway, everything else was correct - dates, tickets, home address, email etc. The cast member was unable to change it in her system, so when we were done with the ADRs, she transferred me over to resort reservations to see if they could change it. Well, they had the right phone number and told me that they couldn't do anything about the number that dining had because they are on two separate systems. Ok. The cast member at dining told me that it was important to get the phone number changed because if I need to modify any dining reservations, they won't be able to find them unless I use the incorrect phone number. I don't anticipate having to change anything, but you never know. Plus, I don't like them having incorrect information on our reservation.
In all our years of going to WDW, this hasn't ever happened. So, I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions? Thank you!
