I used a muffin tin instead of a loaf pan, and got the cutest little mini meatloafs for everybody! Just the perfect size (I used the bigger muffin 6 hole pan instead of the 12 "cupcake" size pan), and they were done faster and browned all the way around, and yummy! I'm going to do that from now on. Just thought I'd pass it on if you've never tried it!

NOW she tells me...we just had meatloaf tonight. Thanks for the tip! :)

How long did they take to cook?

sounds good, I think meatloaf is my favorite food.

What a great idea! This way everyone gets their own loaf!

Thanks for sharing!

Did you cook on a cookie sheet? My worry would be the grease that comes from the meatloaf. How long did it take & what temp?

Cookie they were probably done in 30 minutes, but I left them in a little longer to get the nice brown edges all the way around - my favorite part! And the leftovers look like I could just slice the rounds and put on a bun with some mustard for a perfect sandwich....

Mystery, I didn't use a cookie sheet, but made the meatloaf mixture with ground chuck and scooped the mixture into each cup and squished it evenly. They ended up being below the pan edge and I topped with ketchup before baking @ 375 degrees. I didn't have any grease cook over, but if you mounded them up I can see where that might happen. To speed the cooking even more you could probably use the 12 hole cupcake style pan, but seems like they'd be pretty small. Kids would love them though! Baby meatloaves! Hey, you could take three of those and arrange on your plate to be a Mickey Meatloaf!

Sounds like a great idea! Unfortunately, I cant make my meatloaf anymore, since Im unable to find the key ingredient. :(

Parm Plus, Garlic & Herb variety. It was made by Kraft(I think) and used to be in the section with the other grated cheese. I actually got the recipe from the container of Parm Plus and it was sooooo good. Everytime I go to a different supermarket I look for it, but Im beginning to think they dont make it anymore.

LOL, Wagamama! :D
