Well I made an offer today on a resale. Hopefully I will hear something back soon. The current owners split their time between North Carolina and Hawaii. They were not sure where to call them.

Our first trip will be to celebrate or son's first birthday and our daughters fourth birthday.

Because the points may be used for an entire year- and that year begins in March!

They accepted the offer. Now the real waiting period begins.

Why in the world is it a 5-7 week process for closing?

Now my credit card company needs to hurry up and send the checks they promised yesterday. I am getting fee free convenience checks so I can "charge" the whole thing and get two free airline tickets out of the deal. I have to send the down payment and contract back before the 15th. I might not be able to put the down payment on the card. I will lose those miles…

For those that asked I went with The Timeshare Store and Pat.
