Fist of all, dance with me because I leave in 2 days! WHOOO-HOOOOO! :bounce: :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :bounce:

I got tired of never knowing for sure which discount was better AP or DVC and trying to find my portable perks and AP sleeve on short notice to compare. So being obsessive about Disney as I am, ;) I made a document that lists all of them in order for dining, recreation, etc.

If anyone is interested in a copy let me know and I'll email it to you (or if enough people want it I'll upload it to my website). :teeth:

Editing to add the link I posted further down on the thread so everyone can find it easily. :D

It's in Word format, when I tested it here it just opened in a web browser then I could do a Save As and save it or just print it.

I didn't include any of the regular golf course discounts or Richard Petty since we don't plan on doing either of those.

Oh! Me, please! And have a great trip!

I'd love a copy - we leave a week from Saturday!

Thanks!

Have a great trip!

Looks like you ought to upload it. Is it in Excel format or in Word?

I'd love a copy too, thx.

and have a fun trip!

We leave October 16 and would LOVE to have a copy of your list. Unfortunately doesn't look like Disney will be announcing a DVC discount for APs before our trip -- darn!!

Great idea -- thanks for doing the work!

I'd like a copy too! What format is it in?

This is a really great idea! And it's very nice of you to offer to share it! :sunny:

We got a wonderful DVC discount on our APs: we got two of them free from DVC, but we had to add-on 130 SSR points to get them tho;). My Guide tells me this is a very popular incentive, and has had great response, so clearly the DVC community is listening.

Please!!!

thanks for sharing!

RuthnPaul - I understand - I also am waiting for a DVC discount before I buy annual passes - watch it come out the day after I buy mind.....

Starshine,
What a great idea to put all the discounts in one list! I'd love a copy of it!
TIA,
Tarralee

Ok, here's the link:

If anyone runs across any other discounts I missed, let me know and I'll add them!

It worked great! Thx for putting it together.

Starshine!
Thank you so much! You did a wonderful job with this, it will be very helpful!

I printed it out from your link, and it worked perfectly. Thanks so much for sharing!! :D

Have a terrific trip!

SpiceyCat: We are trying to wait until the last possible minute to purchase the AP's although it's looking pretty slim right now since we're down to little more than a week (WooHoo!) Maybe it's just me, but it seems like Disney makes their big announcements early in the month (believe 8/2 was when they announced that they would be charging $89 pp for sold-out resorts and 10/5 was when they announced the Members Only cruise for 2005).

PumpkinBoy, you'll get no arguments from me that getting 2 AP's for adding on at SSR is great but we've about reached our limit on points, maintenance fees, etc.!!

I'm wouldn't call this an omission, but rather an addendum.

We ate at Les Chefs de France for dinner in August and when I was pulling out the credit card to pay the waitress saw my DVC card and told me to give her that too for the discount which was the 20% listed as lunch only in the Portable perks pages. It never hurts to ask for the discount as it seems that some of the restaurants will apply if asked. This happened at Alfredo di Roma Ristorante last month. We ate dinner there on a walk up basis and one of my co-workers asked if the AP discount was applicable and our server said yes and gave us the 10% off.
