Mad Hatter Tea - so good

What is this tea like? Herbal? Earl Grey? English/irish breakfast? You've all got me intrigued. I'm a four cup a day girl but I prefer breakfast tea flavours.

The "Mad Tea Party" blend is black tea with ginger peach and apricot flavors. That's the only one that I bought, so I don't know about the others. It's pretty delicious. Don't believe me...ask the dishes!!! ;)

Oh, I'm so in. Can't wait to get some on our next trip!

Is there a way to taste the teas before you buy them?

I'm not sure, but I bought the sampler pack on Amazon to try. Then our trip to DL next month I'll stock up on my favorite!

I was sooooo suppose to buy this for my wife last trip and forgot on the last day. Do you know if Amazon has the individual flavours or just the sampler pack? Not so savy on Amazon :(

Ummmmm, Yes please!!!! Where shall I find this delicious sounding tea??????

This Disneyland place is going to exceed my expectations... I can just see it!!

I'm a tea drinker - multiple cups per day! Is it fully sealed (for example, in a plastic bag in the tin or similar) I would like to bring some back to Australia with me, and don't want to get it seized at customs!.

Yes, it's in a sealed metallic silver plastic bag inside the tin. I've only had the loose leaf tin, but I'm guessing that the tea bags are also sealed in some sort of plastic bag to keep them fresh.

They had it at the World Of Disney in Downtown Disney when I was there last. I hadn't looked inside the park for it yet. I'd seen this thread and thought I'd like to try it, saw it at WOD and stopped looking after that. LOL.

They do sale it at WDW'S DTD. I love it too.

So glad they sale it @ WDW in DTD! Is the pantry the best place to find it @ WDW's DTD?? Thanks for your help!

Want to pick some up on our trip in a couple of weeks. :)

Yes, there were a few individual flavors available last time I checked (a week ago) When you go to Amzon site, just search "Disney Wonderland Tea" and they should all come up for you. BTW, I tried the blueberry flavor the other night, very tasty, and half the house smelled of blueberries! :thumbsup2

Any other Mad Hatter Tea fans out there aka "Disney Wonderland Tea"?

At first I was a little hesitant, but to be honest I think it is the best non-loose leaf tea out there. It is now a regular pick up on trips to DL (or asking people woe know going to buy for us).

Can you get it anywhere else?

I'm not a tea drinker but my YDD is wild about tea! She discovered the Wonderland tea either last year or the year before, can't remember exactly. She likes variety so she usually buys the combo packs as opposed to just a single tin. Here is what is in our cabinet right now:

3 tins sitting on top of each other. Each contains 8 bags .49 oz. Mad Tea Party Blend (black tea), Earl Grey (black tea), Lemon Honey Chamomile (herbal tea). Price on bottom is $7.95.These are metal tins but only one lid as they connect to each other.

12 cardboard wedges of tea 6 on top 6 on bottom in a plastic casing with a gold rope handle. Each wedge has 8 bags .50 oz. Mad Tea Party Blend, Pomegranate, French Vanilla, English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Chai, Papaya Passion Fruit, Lemon Honey Chamomile, Mango, Jasmine, Mint, and Blueberry. Price on bottom $19.95. She has two of these combo packs because God forbid she runs out before our next visit! LOL

I've been in Disney stores in several states this year and have not seen this product in any of them. At DL I know the tea can be purchased at WoD and the Emporium as she usually picks it up at one of those two shops when we are heading back to the DLH, so she doesn't have to lug it around. Such a shame they no longer deliver your purchases to your room and you have to go to bell services to pick them up. The tea is probably classified as a food item and therefore not available through the merchandise order call in center.
