I wanted to stop eating beef anyway. This should help. I've already gotten to the point where it looks and smells like "dead animal" rather than "meat." Some day I'll give up all red meat.

Just finished that grilled steak last night and boy was it good, nothing like good old NE beef. Live just S and W of you aways, Seward. ZachnElli, was in your town Sat night for the Manheim Steamroller concert, WOW the Quest Center was something else, long overdue. Back the subject at hand, if I didn't eat everything they told me was bad for me, I'd starve to death!! Maybe the price will drop a little bit now. Prime Rib for New Years, ALRIGHT!

So jealous that you went to seen Manheim Steamroller concert. I wanted to, but it didn't work out this year.

I know where seward is at. Helped out at the Firework tent that had the Purple Gorilla this last 4th of July.. plus my daughter has played against the Seward Storm softball team.

I agree with you, nothing like a good steak from Nebraska beef..
