Fake friendly...:snooty: .stab you in the back friendly:headache: I am better off because I am sure the day is coming when they have a fallout with each other ....iIcertainly don't want to be in the middle and I don't want to be involved in any drama that would make it really really miserable to live here.

I don't think they hate me or anything, they just don't care to hang out with me. MOst times, I am OK with this, but sometimes, like when they are having a party, I feel a little envious:blush:....hopefully that is a perfectly normal reaction....one that is also leftover from high school:lmao:

I am friends with another family that live a couple doors down....the problem is she works all the time so, while we are on friendly terms, we don't hang out together.

On another less venty note:laughing: , anyone want to do my grocery shopping for me?

I went to the movies yesterday to see The Other Boleyn Girl. It was pretty good, but not exactly what I was expecting. I am on the waiting list at the library to get the book. I heard they left a bunch out of the movie. I was shocked at how mean Anne was to her sister, Mary. I would not treat my sister that way:rolleyes1  Really.....I would never be mean to my sister....ok, so maybe I was when we were little, but not now:lmao:

Morning, Chatters! Just a quick howdy doo while I'm helping in the office.

What's up, hags?

Good Morning Chatters and Hags! And Rob.

Life has been crazy... but I'm thinking of you all!

I have good news too!

Spring is FINALLY coming... even though there are a few snow flakes falling outside my window... yep, SNOW! :sad2:

Ahwwww well, here's to SPRING! *clink*

Rella! I almost didn't recognize you with your pink font! Is pink the "new blue?" I'll toast with ya to Spring. Winter stinks! And we didn't even have much of a winter either-- that's how much I hate it!

No thanks!!! One trip a week to the store is all my sanity (and wallet) can handle! Wait... wanna trade? I'll go to the store for you if you shampoo my basement carpet for me! (pay no attention to the large brown stain in front of the fireplace. It's definitely NOT an accident from a 3 year old who was too busy playing to make it to the potty this morning.:rolleyes1 )

As far as your neighbors go, sounds like you're definitely better off without them!! Drama mamas... barf!

A married couple was sitting in a fine restaurant when the wife looks over at a nearby table and sees a man in a drunken stupor. The husband asks "I notice you've been watching that man for some time now. Do you know him?"

"Yes" she replies. "He's my ex-husband and has been drinking like that since I left him seven years ago."

"That's remarkable" the husband replies. "I wouldn't think anybody could celebrate that long."

Services will be held at 2:30pm Saturday at Forever Green Mortuary.

:lmao: Thanks for that. I needed a good laugh! Off to find some rubber gloves! Wish me luck--- berber carpet + munchkin poo= one funfilled morning!

What's up, hags?

Hi Toots!!! We waved to your classroom-- went to the library again (books came in that I had on hold). Did you sense my presence?:wizard:

Geeee...that sounds like fun!:rolleyes1 I sure wish I could hang out with you:lmao: ;) :rotfl2:

What?:confused3 That doesn't sound like a party to you?

My neighbors are cliquish...and I don't belong. It probably wouldn't bother me if I was part of the clique, but I'm not:sad1: . A couple are really snooty too....why can't they just be normal? Or am I just the one who isn't normal:scared: :lmao:

I wish a SAHM to move in so we can hangout.:rolleyes1 Or someone who only worked part-time.

Move to our hood. We're so gosh darn friendly we have neighborhood bbq's in the summer. We also have several impromptu gatherings in front of our houses while the kids ride bikes and run around. There may be adult beverages involved too.:flower3:

Yeah! Rells Bells, love the new color. I'm with you, even though it's still cold, spring is on it's way in a hurry. Just not fast enough for me.

Back in the office, I thought when you were a teacher you were supposed to send studdents to the office, not yourself.

:lmao: Thanks for that. I needed a good laugh! Off to find some rubber gloves! Wish me luck--- berber carpet + munchkin poo= one funfilled morning!

Heather is an expert on poo drawings. She probably has great advice on removal techniques. I have nothing as my boys were perfect and never did such things with their poo.:scared: Now if you want to talk about sticks of butter being smeared all over the house let me know.

Hey there, folks! I'm home for lunch. Caitlin is home sick. She is sleeping. She woke up when I got home and wanted to go back to sleep so I just gave her a hug and a drink of water and she is sound asleep again. :guilty: My poor baby! She has the flu. She looks terrible. :sad1:

Reading back...

I wouldn't know if my nieghbors are cliquish or not. I am NEVER outside. I hardly know any of my neighbors. I didn't in Vegas either.l I'm just anti-social.

Duh! What doesn't look awesome on Bonnie? :lovestruc

-- Rob

Wow!! Your full-of-crap-ishness knows no bounds! ;) But thanks for shining me on! :rotfl:

Ahhh... Snooty neighbors. Sounds like good times! Way back when DS 9 was small and we first moved here, I had naively assumed that cliques were a relic from high school. Imagine my rude awakening as I tried to make friends! So I feel your pain. Are they "fake friendly" or just don't even bother trying?

Well, Bonnie looks like death warmed over in PUCE. Then again, everyone does, right Bon??;)

True dat. ::yes::

Hi Rella! Nice to see you, lady! I'm waiting for spring too! It's here, kind of. Today is cold and cloudy but the past two days were warmish and sunny. :goodvibes

No, but I smelled something. I thought it was the trash truck. :confused3 ;)

I'll move to your hood. If you find my DH a job!

Girl, I am always up in that front office, just answering emails to parents in my class or typings stuff for the principal. I am a much faster typist than the secretary. Plus she starts her work shift at 9:30 and oft times the principal needs something done before then. And I am just the gimp to do it!

Anti-social? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Are you skeert of caterpillars?

You don't want to come to Michigan our economy is in the crapper! Dh company doesn't seem to be affected/effected since they do a lot with a huge medical supplier. People always need medical care.

I wonder why you're a fast typer.:rolleyes1

SHUT IT!! Oh great, now I owe Trisha $5. It's ok, it was worth it!

Ok, I ain't returning to work. Caitlin is feeling super terrible. I made her soup and sandwich and some juice. Then she went right back to the couch to watch Tom and Jerry and try to go back to sleep. Poor thing! :sad2:

So what's new, Becca?

Poor thing girl! Is she vomiting or feeling generally icky?

What's new? My signature is new today. Get it?

HAHAHAHHAHAHAH!! I love it, lady!

She has the head and chest flu. No vomiting.

Sticks of butter?:scared1: I'm happy with the poo, TYVM! Actually, the poor little guy was trying to help. He started to have an accident, and wanted to take off his underwear and run to the bathroom to finish. Unfortunately, he, umm, left "tracks" paw: paw: paw: on his way to the potty (which overflowed a while later, thanks to mommy's over-generous use of flushable wipes.)

Awww, poor girl! Hope she feels better soon.

Rats. I thought I had my bases covered with that Wild Musk I applied liberally this morning.

Shannon are you on MSN? I show you as green, but it won't let me add you!! What's up!

Oh, I thought it was Exclamation. A.k.a "essence of trash truck". :confused3 Sorry for the confusion.

She looks palish gray to me. (but then, I'm sure she has me blocked by now. )

Oh, you're so suspicious, Rob. ;) Are you feeling any better?
