Melissa, just think you are going to be a married woman. And I know that it will last and last and last. I think that I have been married for 45 years and still going strong.
You 4 gals have a wonderful time in WDW and be sure and let me know what you did there.

Think that DH is going deaf...I just told him I am going shopping tomorrow and spending all of his $ and he just said " yeah ".

In good news, I finally found a long line bra for my wedding dress! Target had exactly what I was looking for...who knew? At least that officially ends my wedding shopping. Just need to clean my pants & I'm all done

Hey! Bon & I were just talking about speed reading today! My 6th grade teacher made us learn, and I can't for the life of me remember what it was all about. Just that we read paragraphs on filmstrips and took tests... ALl I know is that I am a damn fast reader now!
What is your course all about? How does it work?

And, for the record, it wouldn't have mattered if I picked out Bon's nail polish or not--- the technician (who obviously was certified at the Nail School for the Blind) covered her nails in some sort of sea-weed pattern...

My poor DH has been sleeping and puking all day. The poor little fella. I feel so bad for him. But on the up side, in his state of delirium, he has no idea how much money I have been spending today!

Just home from pedis and lunch with Shanaynay. It was fun, as usual! I enjoy that chick's company. I'm not really sure about the flowers on my nails...the sample I chose had the flower on the side, but the chick did mine from the top. It doesnt look normal to me. But whatever. Got my brows and lip waxed too! We had lunch at Chili's and it was DELISH!! Plus we got to gossip about your hags! Don't worry, we like you people!

I go at 4:00 for my lash tinting and acrylic full set.

T, I am wearing my white vintage Minnie shirt today. I really like it! Have you worn yours yet?

Bonnie has fairy princess feet compared to my mangled dogs!!! And yes Trisha, I hedge clippered my big toes before going. Wouldn't want the nail tech to get lost in that forest!!!

Hey, hags! Just home from my lash tint and acrylic nails appt. I can barely type with these things on! I like my nails, I got white tips, so the dork didn't even have a chance to botch my french manicure job! I like them! Hope I don't break one before the meet!

As for lash tinting, I can hardly tell the difference. They are a little darker, but they are still wimpy and skimpy. Can't go without mascara, which is what I was hoping! Oh well, I tried, right?

My throat is sore again! I just took some Tylenol though, so hopefully that will help. It had better be gone by Tuesday!

Brent has been in bed all day. I stopped at the store and got him some gatorade and ice cream. I offered to make him a grilled cheese but he doesn't want to eat anything.

Sorry hubby is still icky!

I'm back from my mani/pedi/brow. I look good and only spent $89 tip included . Even Shaun noticed the difference in my brows (i think that is saying something bad)

That is lame. Too much money if you still have to use Mascara. At least you know not to do it again.

It did grow back. This happened in November 2005 & it didn't get completely right until like May 2006. The first time it started growing back it was becoming wicked in-grown & I had to pull it off again...I've been scared to get fake nails again.

Well, the speed reading was a long, long time ago...
I can still remember how the music used to make me smile...
oh sorry got off on a tangent there. Speed reading, right... um okay, you train your eyes to read whole sentences at a time. I don't really use it much and didn't get very good at it anyway. I like to savor my reading now blast through it...
but um in reality I was joking (ie: making excuses)
for my poor friend behavior of not noticing Bon was ailing.
Oh well, I guess the cat's out of the bag now.

You can take all the laughs at my expense. I'm a goof. Its what I do. Like on Friday at work, a few of us started playing lets throw the football to each other since none of us really felt like working anyway.

Needless to say, I suck and somehow made the football hits the bald guy's head and it bounced up and hit someone else after skidding off a cube wall. That takes talent I tell you.

I am also having a hard time typing with my new talons..um, I mean nails! I also opted for the white tips, and I must say that they are looking spifftacular! My toes have been properly cleaned and polished, too. I picked up a memory card and more camera batteries...so this chick IS READY! Packing will commence tomorrow!
