How did you do the dining plan with all of you arriving different dates?
I thought everyone in the room or on the ressie had to be the same?

Well, I am not sure on all the particulars. Squid took care of it. I know she bought one of Trisha's days on DDP. Since we are going to Jiko one night, and that is two table services. she can use it there. I don't know the ins and outs, I just show up and pay and do what I'm told!

Can't have Bonnie being ugly!

Morning ladies. I haven't read back yet. Think we are skipping church this morning though, as the girls are still sick. DD7 has a sore throat and her friend who she in class with and was with Thursday night in the car for a long time, has strep. So, gotta take her in tomorrow to check about that. UGH. Really can't be taking that to church...or so I keep telling myself. Sometimes I hate going to a guilt filled church.

Oh no! I'm sorry your girls are sick! Strep SUCKS! Hope all your family is healthy and happy again soon!

Thats good though! It feels a lot better to just have everything packed. ME tags on them & ready to go

I know! I will put my ME tags on the day I leave! Then it's official!

I never poack until the last day too. WDW is easy when I go.
Usually tee shirts and jeans.
Unless you're going to California Grill, then I bring different pants.
When I went with the family we had the dining plan 2 or 3 times and ate there.

Yep, I'm wearing T-shirts and capris! Except at Jiko and Raglan, where I will wear a slightly dressier shirt, and nicer sandals, but still capris!

I have never been to California Grill. Is it good?

I hear you on the guilt filled church. I haven't gone in awhile because I missed so much.

I know right? Sadly its become a slight joke between Shaun & I about car troubles (like with his Saturn when we first started dating...I locked us out in the middle of the snow storm while the car was running or with his Saturn...he spent the night at my apartment like he usually did but he drove over this time...his car was pushed around the corner & his sound system was stolen). Then he got the Neon and cars like to hit it way too much.

We are getting him a new car once we move so hopefully his luck will change.

After this trip, I have no idea when of if I will ever go again! It was a only a fluke, me going so often this past year!

I like the California Grill, but it is expensive!

Uhhh...not sure. We bought some last time we went (in August) and didn't drink a lick of it! Wonder what happened to that stuff. Squiddy probably drank it! All I know is I am too poor to pay $9 for each boozy libation I plan on partaking in!

Thanks, me too. I am kind of freaked out about it. Two years ago she had a sore throat, went away, didn't take her in, cause there really wasn't a problem. Woke up on Sat. morning that week, witih her arm hurting. Took her in thinking was it broken, nope...she has strep and it had gotten into her blood stream. She ended up in surgery that night and was so sick. She stayed in the hospital for four days on IV anti-biotics. Scary! We don't need a repeat. Even though she is FINE really, other than the sore throat, but I will have to take her just to make sure.

21st to Jan. 2nd. 12 nights! Crazy for going over both Christmas and New Years, but we go enough, we are going to relax and not stress about the parks and the crowds. I have us booked at SSR right now, but at the 7 month mark, I will try to switch is to AKV the first week and BWV the second week.

California Grill is fantastic! It is one of the places I eat almost every trip

I agree. 2007 I went on too many vacations. I don't think I'll have another year like that until I have 4 weeks or more vaca at work (so 10 years)

Wow. That's awful. I would understand taking her to the doctor right away too as that is scary.

Neighbors down the block went Christmas week a few years ago. They came home buying a DVC membership they loved that time so much.

I went to AC once or twice. It was alot of fun.

Melissa, have you tried 8-traxx? Never went but kept meaning to go. The nights go by so fast when you're there.
