Everytime I place a macys order online to be shipped to my daughter, they automatically cancel it, I have to call and verify my daughter's address and then they reorder. So I lose out on shopping portal points and need to spend 18 minutes on hold waiting for a customer service rep. The rep said this is random and I just happen to have it happen everytime. I ship gifts all the time and never have this happen with another company.
