Mac Users, Spell check help needed.

Can I use the Google toolbar with with a Mac? Will it work with Safari?

I Googled this last night & I saw something about using it with Firefox. I tried downloading Firefox...I cannot find it now

What I really need is a spell check to use on the Dis Boards.

My Mac (MacBookPro) seems to have a spellchecker built in that works everywhere. It underlines suspicious words and you click on the underlined word while pressing control and it shows options.

Here's a tip when you can't find something on your mac.

1. Click command and spacebar. That will bring your cursor up to spotlight in the upper right corner of your screen. Spotlight is what you use when you can't find something.

2. Type in "Firefox", without the quotes. It will begin to search immediately.

3. When the search is done, click "show all". You should see a Firefox icon.

4.Grab it and drag it into your doc. Now you have firefox.

My mac's universal spell check works here. It actually just worked when I mistyped universal.

Thank you everyone! We just got the Mac yesterday & I had to wait in line to use it!lol When I get home tonight I will try to find the spell check.

Our Best Buy is offering a class I'm planning to attend.

You won't need to find it. It is just there, integrated in Safari. The misspelled words will be underlined in red. You can right click for the suggested correct spellings.
